In 6–8 hours of uninterrupted work, one financial priority is scoped, executed, and handed off with full documentation. Common VIP Day projects include QBO cleanup and optimization, catch-up reconciliation, invoicing system setup, A/R workflow builds, and financial reporting dashboards.</p><p><br></p><p>Scheduled within 1–2 weeks of signed agreement and payment. All deliverables scoped and agreed before the day begins. VIP Day fee credited in full toward a monthly retainer if you convert within 30 days.</p>
