Come in with a financial systems problem — leave with it solved. In 6–8 hours of uninterrupted work, one financial priority is scoped, executed, and handed off with full documentation. Common VIP Day projects include QBO cleanup and optimization, catch-up reconciliation, invoicing system setup, A/R workflow builds, and financial reporting dashboards.


Scheduled within 1–2 weeks of signed agreement and payment. All deliverables scoped and agreed before the day begins. VIP Day fee credited in full toward a monthly retainer if you convert within 30 days.
