Catherine Devine Zagorski is the founder of Veda Ventures Malkoota D’Shmeya, LLC, a company dedicated to the will of the rising Divine Feminine. Through her own experience with recurrent miscarriages and infertility, Catherine discovered the power of the Divine Feminine and now shares this knowledge with other women, after a miraculous awakening, two ‘wild’ pregnancies and home births at the age of 39 and 40, defying all medical odds.

Her spiritual awakenings spurred the correction of many misaligned forces in her life, including an abusive marriage and her own self-denial and betrayal surrounding the nonreciprocal relationships in her life. She has battled her own darkness and made it her friend; encompassing harmony on all levels, in order to lead others to their own self-guided miraculous healings.

She runs two collaborating brands @the_raw_milkmaid (as the Creator of Magick Milk, a raw cow milk based 'just like breastmilk' baby formula) and @the_water_priestess (handmade elixirs for spiritual awakening, divine embodiment, and a variety of ailments, and specialized coaching services) as well as, authoring fourteen books (and currently creating a children's animation series to match her children’s book series, ‘The Power of the Rose’).

Her recent collaboration with 52 authors, The Call Within: Finding Purpose and Sparking Transformation, was an International Best Seller (USA, Canada, UK, Australia #1) and gained significant media attention.

Her journey to becoming The Water Priestess began during the blood, sweat, and tears of new motherhood. She had to ditch her corporate executive title to embrace her true identity and passion. As a budding Divine Feminine teacher, speaker, ceremonialist, and healer, she is now on a mission to nurture a dark and hurting world. She believes that humanity is hungry for the origins of their celestial beginnings and the end of their attachment to suffering.

Studying in various Mystery Schools, most notably and recently, with a High Priestess of the French Gnostic Church in Montségur France, She is now drawn to the healing arts and unleashing her soul's highest purpose, for the good of humanity.

Catherine Devine Zagorski, in her last corporate job, was the Head of Finance, North America for all companies under the Wellcom Group USA umbrella (US Operations: thelab LLC, Dippin Sauce LLC, Wellcom Group Inc.), reporting to CEO David Bridges. Zagorski oversaw the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, internal audit and tax functions. She joined thelab in April 2014, and worked closely with senior leadership since her arrival.

Most recently, she took on the task of repositioning a rent stabilized building in Brooklyn, NY (owned and operated by her husband), obtaining lucrative vacancies, managing extensive capital projects, and within four years, sold the property to Wharton Properties, achieving a 94% increase in value (NYC property prices are dragged down by rent stabilization laws and tenant-friendly courts, so this property needed strategic work in order to be sold as a free market prospective property, and to be attractive to high end buyers like Wharton). She enjoys leveraging her prior real estate, private equity acquisition, and government contracting experience, along with extensive financial management exposure, to take on new projects in her personal life.

Zagorski has over 21 years of experience building and leading finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Prior to joining thelab, she built the first FP&A team (and first operational budget) at AppNexus (global advertising platform technology company based in NYC), facilitating the successful growth from a small start-up company, to over 800 people, in 8 countries; allowing for a subsequent purchase by AT&T. Prior to that she held an AVP role at Rabobank International, working closely with the North America and Asia CFO’s to build FP&A reporting capabilities throughout their emerging market teams and all global offices. She was the Controller, as well as acting Associate, at the Gladstone Companies (publicly traded private equity and real estate conglomerate in the Washington DC area), after working her way up from Senior Accountant. At Gladstone, she was responsible for the successful financial operation of the Companies, including SEC filings, audits, and regulatory reporting for all three public funds, as well as, maintaining all financial responsibility for the Company’s Fund Administrator, and a Broker Dealer that was purchased under the Gladstone umbrella.Zagorski reported directly to David Gladstone, and also handled some of his personal financial matters, the global parent company’s activities, as well as, being an FP&A resource for several of the investment companies Gladstone had purchased in their private equity funds. She was integral in the selection and due diligence process for new investments undertaken by the Companies.

She began her career with a regional CPA and Consulting firm in the Washington DC area Sikich LLP; a boutique firm servicing many high-profile Capitol Hill individuals, as well as their various businesses and political action committees. She performed full service accounting and consulting services (audits, compilations, reviews, efficiency audits/business process analysis, outsourced accounting, FP&A and cash forecasting, business planning and strategy, business systems implementations, etc.) for a variety of clients (non-profits, government agencies, small businesses, restaurants, publicly traded companies, manufacturing, communications and media companies, as well as, complex personal financial services for high net worth individuals).

Zagorski graduated from George Mason University’s School of Management in Fairfax, Virginia with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She also interned at the White House at the Government Accountability Office during this time.
