Tom Prusinski is a strategic finance executive and fractional CFO with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations from startup through enterprise scale. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at Monsanto/DeKalb Genetics, SIRVA, SPX Corporation, and Textron.

He specializes in FP&A, cash flow forecasting, ERP and financial system implementation, investor reporting, and board-level financial communication.
