I'm a fractional CFO for owner-operated businesses in the $5M to $50M revenue range, with a focus on Professional Services (MSPs, Law Offices, etc.) as well as SaaS, eCommerce, and technology companies.

Most of my clients are at the same inflection point. Revenue is growing, but the financial picture isn't keeping up. The books close late, margins are unclear, pricing is guesswork, and decisions get made on instinct rather than numbers. They've outgrown bookkeeping but don't need or want a full-time CFO.

That's the gap I fill. I give owners the financial clarity and forward visibility a full-time finance chief would provide, on a fractional basis sized to the business.
