I bring over 25 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including extensive responsibility for both financial management and administrative operations. Throughout my career as a Controller and senior finance leader, I have overseen budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, cash flow management, audits, and cross-functional administrative functions such as payroll, benefits, and vendor management. In addition to technical accounting expertise, I have led finance teams, improved financial systems and processes, and partnered closely with executive leadership and boards to support strategic decision-making. My background includes working in mission-driven environments where strong stewardship, transparency, and accountability are essential. I understand the unique financial oversight, grant tracking, and compliance considerations that come with nonprofit operations, and I am comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution. The ability to anticipate executives’ needs, follow through on all details and tactfully handle sensitive situations; and computer proficiency, including a solid foundation in MS Office Suite. This combination of deep financial expertise, administrative oversight, and mission-aligned financial stewardship positions me well to contribute effectively as a CFO/Controller/Accountant/Bookkeeper.
