Alex founded O & G Tax and Accounting in 2015 to provide practical, high-level tax and accounting guidance to individuals and businesses in the U.S. and abroad. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, an MBA in Accounting and Finance, and a Juris Doctor, and brings deep experience in U.S. and international tax compliance, IRS representation, cross-border taxation, tax audits, nexus analysis, penalty abatement, and tax resolution matters. As a Certifying Acceptance Agent, Alex regularly assists U.S. and non-U.S. taxpayers worldwide, including clients across Europe, Asia, North America, and Latin America. Known for his hands-on, personalized approach, he works closely with each client to ensure clarity, compliance, and optimized financial outcomes. Alex attended the Presbyterian University College of Ghana, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. Then, he went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Colorado Heights University and became a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Purdue Global Law School in December 2023, and became an Attorney at Law Admitted to the State Bar of California
