Professional Bio

For the past 10+ years I have worked for private equity backed companies and gained extensive experience in those environments. I have supported acquisition and sale due dilgence, systems implementations and accounting department integrations. From successful exits to bankruptcy filings, I have been through the spectrum of business stages and circumstances. I am a "roll up your sleeves" type of leader and contributor. I have established Controller roles at companies and built accounting teams. I excel in getting policies and procedures in place for companies and evaluating their compliance with GAAP.
