Chada Chiles is an emerging accounting professional with over 3+ years of progressive experience supporting financial operations across corporate and nonprofit organizations. Based in Oakland, CA and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (expected Sep 2026), Chada has developed a strong foundation in general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and financial reconciliations. She is also preparing for CPA licensure, positioning her for long-term growth in the accounting field. Her professional journey includes serving as an Accounting Specialist at Elite Team Offices, where she performed high-volume bank reconciliations, processed Positive Pay exceptions, and supported month-end close activities under tight deadlines. Previously, as an Accounting Coordinator for the Foundation for California Community Colleges, she managed accounts receivable billing, prepared invoices across multiple projects, and maintained balance sheet accuracy while working in a fully remote capacity. Earlier roles in clerical accounting support have provided her with a detail-oriented approach to wage calculations, benefits adjustments, and claims-related financial processing. Chada is technically proficient in Workday, Acumatica, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP), and has hands-on experience with digital audit support and remote collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams.
