I am an experienced financial professional with over 18 years of expertise in financial management, compliance, and process improvement. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in fraud detection, AML/KYC compliance, and operational efficiency, while also excelling in cross-functional collaboration and technical support. In my current role as a Billing Clerk at ITG Communications, I manage complex billing processes, implement new systems to improve accuracy, and provide support across departments to resolve financial and operational issues. I have gained advanced experience working with systems such as Workday, Salesforce, Oracle, and Fuse, which has allowed me to streamline workflows and contribute to team success. Previously, I have held roles with Kelly Services, Regions Bank, CitiBank, and Chase Bank, where I focused on financial integrity, compliance, and customer service. I successfully trained staff on AML/KYC procedures, managed large-scale cash operations, improved audit performance, and built strong client relationships.
